Rent Restrictions

Caliente Resort owners have the option to rent their cabin, RV site or both together. However, short term rentals are strongly discouraged by Strata restrictions and owners are only allowed 3 contracts within a calendar year.

Rental Process

A detailed rental package must be completed by the owner and the prospective renter and submitted to the Strata Council for review. Each party must acknowledge and sign the Strata Bylaws/Rules, Facility Operating instructions and all standard rental documents.
